1. Cooling capacity: how much cooling capacity is needed
2. Cooling water flow: how much circulating water flow is needed
3. The head of the water pump: If it is a one-to-one use of a single machine, the head of the water pump should not be a problem. If multiple chillers are connected in parallel to form a system for multiple cooling equipment applications, the resistance of the piping system needs to be taken into consideration to calculate how much pump head needs to be configured.
4. Water outlet pressure: Some equipment requiring heat dissipation has a certain pressure requirement on the cooling water supply due to the complicated internal heat dissipation structure of the equipment. At this time, it is necessary to consider whether the rated water outlet pressure of the chiller can meet this requirement.
5. Outlet water temperature, return water temperature or outlet and return water temperature difference requirements: some equipment with strict heat dissipation requirements will have cooling water supply temperature requirements, such as laboratory instruments.
6. Control and regulation requirements: pressure control regulation and temperature control regulation
7. Self-protection function requirements: pressure, overheating, overload, delay protection and automatic start and stop.
8. Requirements from process conditions: such as installing bypass valves, designated inlet and return pipe diameters, trap installation position, electrical buried pipe power supply position, control panel position, inlet and return pipe excuse position, etc.
9. Choose water-cooled or air-cooled, integrated air-cooled or split-type air-cooled according to process conditions.
